PC Archery- 3D Archery Simulator

I recently had the opportunity to review a new computer game called PC Archery, from Walk Technology.  PC Archery is billed not only as a game; it’s a 3D archery simulator.  Utilizing McKenzie 3D targets, users can learn correct arrow placement and how to reliably judge the distance to their target.

When setting up the game, users are provided with a multitude of archery equipment and setup options such as what kind of bow to use, pin style, arrow type, etc.  There is even a handy arrow energy calculator.

A variety of options are also available when setting up and using your 3D course, with different backgrounds, shot placement cards, a laser range finder and a feature that will highlight the vital area of your target.

There are six skill levels plus a custom feature that allows you to pick your options; this game will be enjoyable for everyone from kids to tournament archers.

Learning how to play the game is a snap and a help button is always available.  After reading through the instructions I was having fun in no time.  And this game IS fun.  You can shoot the course by yourself or invite some friends over and play the multi-player mode.

To summarize, PC Archery is a fun, easy to use 3D archery game suitable for all ages.  Installation is easy and the help function is readily available.  PC Archery is available online at PCArchery.com.  Computer system requirements are listed to the right.
